Irina is an enthusiastic litigator, whose expertise lies in civil litigation, labour law, tax law, family law, cross-border cases.
Her approach to litigation is founded on deep knowledge and understanding of the domestic legal system as well as the applicable European instruments, strategic thinking, and a dedication to client advocacy.
She has reviewed a multitude of commercial agreements, drafted the documents related to the employer-employee relationship, ensured compliance with e-commerce and data protection regulations.
Irina holds a Master of Laws degree in Special Administrative Jurisdictions (2021) from „Al. I. Cuza” University of Iași and is currently following a second master programme in European Union Law organized by University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law.
She is a member of the Romanian Society of European Law (SRDE) and a member of the Romanian Bar Association from 2019.
Irina speaks Romanian, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
